For smoke detection Comcast required a Zoned Pre-Action system in conjunction with VESDA Air Sampling.
We employed BIM Modeling throughout the construction of the Data Suites. It proved invaluable in determining placement of electrical equipment in relationship to the mechanical and architectural elements of the building. Early clash detection and coordination resulted in reduced cost impacts and was essential in achieving successful project completion.
